Henry Li, a dynamic entrepreneur, is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Dellray Group of Companies. He is responsible for overseeing the Group’s business activities, leadership, operations, and investor relations. Henry brings deep experience and expertise in real estate acquisitions, land development, property management, capital raising, and risk management. Working with some of the most prominent developers, builders, financiers, consultants, and brokers in the Greater Toronto Area, Henry has led the Dellray Group to achieve significant growth in size, scale, and volume. With dozens of innovative development projects across the GTA and Ontario, Henry is shaping Dellray’s vision and goal to “Bring Real Estate to A Different Level.” A committed and responsible philanthropist, Henry is also a member of the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

A seasoned finance professional, Ivy Lin is the Chief Financial Officer of Dellray Group. Ivy brings over 20 years of diverse experience in the financial industry, having worked in different capacities for some of the largest banks in the world, such as CITIC Bank. Ivy brings her significant international finance and banking knowledge to her current role, forging long-term relationships with leading banks such as Bank of Montreal, Bank of China, CIBC and HSBC. Over the years, Ivy has played a major role in securing critical project financing for a number of important projects.
MARCELLO CIALONE
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS AT THE DELLRAY GROUP OF COMPANIES.
An experienced real estate industry professional, Marcello is the Senior Vice President of Operations of Dellray Group. Prior to this role, Marcello oversaw senior-level operations at the Times Group Corporation. With his extensive property management, business management and construction management knowledge, Marcello has taken several large-scale real estate projects from concept to completion. A business entrepreneur, Marcello also started Splash Works Auto and opened several prominent restaurants in Midtown Toronto in the 1980s.
MATTHEW RUSSO
VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT AT THE DELLRAY GROUP OF COMPANIES.
An experienced development professional, Matthew Russo is the Vice President of Development of Dellray Group. Matt brings 20 years of mid and senior-level experience, coupled with a proven track record of successful development activities in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Dellray, Matt worked at Mattamy Homes, the largest home builder in Canada. Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts degree focused in Urban Studies from York University.
JAMES ZHANG
SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER AT THE DELLRAY GROUP OF COMPANIES.
Bringing over 20 years of in-depth experience in the real estate industry, James Zhang is the Senior Property Manager of Dellray Group. Reporting directly to CEO Henry Li, James oversees the day-to-day management of the Group’s diverse land holdings and properties across the GTA. James acquired valuable experience working at prominent Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT) like Brookfield, RioCan and Oxford Properties. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Western University and a Master of Planning from Ryerson University.
